While the uncertainty of the times leaves a lot of room for anxiety and concern, Compudata will continue regular operations and remain vigilant with the trust you have placed in us. We are considered an essential business and well not be affected by the Province’s mandatory business closures.
Services such as our Fully Managed, Proactive Care, Monitoring, Managed Firewall, Backup, and Managed Web Hosting will remain completely active and monitored. If you are enrolled in these or other solutions we provide, you can rest assured that even if your business is facing a mandatory shut down, Compudata will continue to protect your business’ systems and data, remotely remediating and documenting issues if they arise, keeping your infrastructure protected and ready for when business resumes as usual. If you are understaffed, or shutting down operations for compliance, we are here to help.
It is also important to note that all on-site deployments, on-site support, hardware and warranty repairs and upgrades, and all other non-essential services requiring travel to either client sites or Compudata’s offices are being suspended as of the end-of-business on March 24th. These services will be provided for critical issues only, and will be weighed carefully against criteria such as data protection and business continuity requirements versus health and safety, as well as the evolving government mandates and guidelines. Most issues not requiring physical presence can be resolved remotely. Any pending deployment services and non-essential on-site visits will be rescheduled at such a time as the situation allows.
You can contact us during this time using any of our regular methods, by phone, email, or through our website. Current and up-to-date information about the COVID-19 situation will be provided here: https://compudatasolutions.ca/covid-19
Remember, we’re all in this together, and we’ll get through it together!
